Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual with strong design skills to assist in all parts of a project’s development.

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

• Strong design thinker.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work positively and effectively with project teams, clients, contractors, and authorities.

• Expected to be self directed, attention to detail, thorough, consistent, and capable of working to deadlines.

• Excellent graphic skills and 3D visualization tools such as Sketch Up, Photoshop/ In Design.

• Excellent cad capability including Vectorworks.

• Knowledge of green building design, sustainable development, LEED, and Passive Haus preferred.

• Self motivated to continue learning.

• Minimum 2 years post graduate work experience.
